We are a family of 8, ranging in age from 8 to 72. This home was perfect for us. Our hosts, Lorenzo and Daisy, were very accommodating and helpful. Everyone had their own space in a comfortable and beautiful house. Juliana is the best! She cooked for us every day but one and every meal was delicious. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, zip lining, a charter boat cruise, the ecological center, golf and the dolphin park. The people in Punta Cana are friendly and really lovely. Three of us speak Spanish but you can easily get by if you don't. We are planning on coming back to the house in the future.

The house is lovely! The open air design allows you to enjoy the environment without suffering the heat. The bedrooms are pleasantly air-conditioned to allow comfortable sleeping. A easy spot to settle in while you seek rest and respite from day to day life. The beaches are nearby and easily accessible by golf cart. The restaurant at Playa Blanca is a perfect way to break up a beach day with a delightful lunch. La Yola is also a spot to venture out to, but pricey for what it is. All of this is packaged and delivered with the tender care of the owner, Lorenzo Caimari and the cuisine and resident coordinator, Julianna. Lorenzo takes intentional steps to make sure that your arrival and your stay is without incident. Julianna is in residence to be sure that your needs are being met. My best advice to you is to engage Julianna to prepare dinner for you. She prepares the most delicious and inspired Dominican dishes as though you are her family. With loving care. You won't find food like hers anywhere on the Island. All said, this is a marvelous place that you can relax and enjoy this beautiful island and you are guaranteed to return to your own reality with a new perspective.
We had an amazing time celebrating my parent's 50th wedding anniversary at Lorenzo's beautiful home! We are a family of 10, ranging in ages from 76 to 12 years old who spent a week in this delightful home. The home is welcoming, well-cared for and provided a great place to vacation and spend quality time with one another. The location of the home is convenient to the beaches, golf, the clubhouse/spa, restaurants and the marina. The golf carts were a perfect way to travel around the resort. We had Juliana cook 5 of the 7 days we were there and she does not disappoint. Delicious food that all of our family enjoyed! She is a must for cooking during your stay. Lorenzo could not have been more kind and accommodating, from our airport pick ups, to providing information regarding the area, to trips to the grocery store; he provided warm hospitality and was a gracious host. Thank you Lorenzo! We have so many fond memories and beautiful pictures of our stay that we returned to the U.S. with!

The property is clean and the staff was welcoming. Juliana was amazing and prepared delicious food ! There is plenty of room and is great for a large group or family reunion. There are plenty of activites offered near the property. The ecological center is a must. We used the people at Playa Blanco for water activities and we recommend them highly. Thank you Lorenzo for making us feel welcome and for all you did to make our trip perfect !
We had a holiday of a lifetime at Villa Can Nico! We were a group of 9 (2 families with teenagers) from Australia that had travelled around the US for 4 weeks and decided that Punta Cana was the place to finish our adventure! The villa is amazing and a great place to relax and unwind. The location was superb and the beaches were breathtaking. Lorenzo was fantastic from the time we booked, to picking us up from the airport, taking us supermarket shopping twice and just dropping in to make sure everything was OK! The beautiful Juliana is an amazing cook, her seafood Paella was so good we had it twice! Don't even bother trying the local restaurants for dinner as she is so much better!! She also did some laundry for us, and came with Lorenzo to help with the supermarket shopping! Also make sure you go to the ecological park as it is worth a visit. We had such a great time that we hope to return to one day!

This beautiful home was the centerpiece of an amazing week. The home is mostly open air and constantly filled with tropical breezes. The bedrooms were lovely air conditioned suites with private baths and beautiful views, as well as a couple of bathrooms having walled gardens attached so you could shower outside! Our large group had many places in the house to either all be together or to escape to more privacy--a large comfortable balcony, a library, living room, and the large porch beside the pool where you could watch the golfers go by, watch the kids in the pool, all while remaining out of the sun if you chose to. Most rooms in the house afforded a view of the golf course or the sea, and in some cases both at the same time! Our chef, Juliana was amazing and able to bring creative, beautiful meals to the table each night (as well as amazing pancakes, eggs, and fruit each morning!) She was a real treasure--kind, friendly, very sweet, and very patient! We had many members of this family who were very reluctant and sad to be leaving at the end of the week!

Our recent stay at Villa Can Nico was an absolute pleasure! We travelled with 9 people ranging in age from 1.5 yrs to 65+ (October 31-November 7) and we all had an amazing time as well as hot, sunny weather (6 out of 7 days). Lorenzo is a total gentleman and outstanding host. The level of customer service and communication that he provided from the booking process and throughout our stay was beyond our expectations. He greeted us at the airport, coordinated our transportation, took us to the grocery store several times, and accommodated every request we made. We were not treated like customers but like valuable house guests. Julianna is a GEM. From her huge welcoming hug to her delicious food, she was a great addition to our vacation. We had the pleasure of enjoying Julianna& breakfasts and dinners (paella is must!) poolside in the gazebo. What a treat!! The kids loved swimming in the pool and playing while the adults enjoyed a relaxing meal. She took care of our every need, including a load of laundry. She made us all feel right at home in the Villa! The Villa is gorgeous open air design with a great pool overlooking the golf course, beautiful courtyards, outdoor showers, mujltiple gathering spots and comfortable furnishings. The bedrooms have TV (lots of channels in multiple languages), AC as well as large breezy windows and fit us all comfortably with a room to spare. They seem to have thought of everything & beach/pool toys, highchairs, baby monitor, WIFI, cable, Bluetooth speakers, etc. We rented a golf cart through Lorenzo (highly recommended) to travel the resort (which we didn't do much of) but it came in handy for the beach (which is easily walkable) and travelling to the golf course. The guys in our group enjoyed several rounds of golf an La Cana and Corales (highly recommended). The beach club is beautiful and really private (we had the beach and pool to ourselves a few times). We had delicious lunches at the club a few times and brought a picnic lunch to the beach a few times. The club staff was great about serving food and drinks at the beach. A few of us had excellent massages at the spa too! The atmosphere was very serene. We did venture out one day for lunch at La Yola which is stunning and then went to the ecological park (highly recommended) for a little hike turtle spotting and dips in the fresh water lagoons. The area and resort are filled with things
